3. Self-pickup from the store (within 48 hours)

You can self-pick up your order directly from our store:

• Preparation time: You must wait 48 hours from the time you place your order until your arrival, so that we can prepare the products for you.

• Readiness Update: We will send you an SMS or email once your order is ready for pickup.

• Payment upon collection: If you did not pay in advance on the site, you can pay in cash upon receipt of the goods in the store.

• Business Days: The calculation of hours (48/72 hours) is based on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• Payment confirmation: For bank transfers or payment via Bit/Paybox, it is recommended to send a screenshot of the transfer confirmation to avoid delays in delivery times.
