At CompuSale, we are committed to a safe and transparent shopping experience. Our policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010.

1. The time period for canceling a transaction

You can cancel a transaction and receive a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later).

• Special populations: For people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants, the cancellation period is up to 4 months, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the trader and the consumer.

2. Product return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product will be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

• The product has not been used at all.

• Important for computers: Connecting the computer to power and/or starting the operating system is considered use of the product, and therefore in these cases it will not be possible to cancel the transaction (unless it is a manufacturing defect).

3. Non-returnable products

According to the law, it is not possible to return:

• Computer software that has been removed from its original packaging.

• Products manufactured specifically for the consumer (for example: a computer built to personal specifications at the customer's request - Custom Build).

• Products that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated, the original packaging of which has been opened by the consumer.

4. Cancellation fees

• When canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will be charged.

• In the event of cancellation due to a product defect or non-conformity to specifications – no cancellation fees will be charged and the customer will receive a full refund.

5. The return process

1. Cancellation Notice: Written notice (email, fax or mail) must be sent to our customer service at: [email address].

2. Shipping: It is the customer's responsibility to return the product to our store/warehouse at [physical address]. Courier service can be used by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

3. Credit: The refund will be made to the payment method with which the transaction was made within 14 business days from the moment the product arrives and is inspected.
