How long does it take to resolve a remote issue?

Most common problems – slow computer, internet problems, virus removal, Outlook – are resolved in a single call, usually within 30–60 minutes. More complex problems may take longer, and we will always inform you in advance of the estimated time.

Is remote support service safe?

Yes, absolutely. We use Quick Assist and AnyDesk with full end-to-end encryption. The connection is only established when you authorize it, you see every action the technician takes, and can disconnect with one click at any time.

What if the problem cannot be solved remotely?

Hardware problems (broken screen, damaged hard drive) cannot be solved remotely. In such a case, we will diagnose remotely and advise on the best course of action – a home visit, delivery to a lab, or upgrading equipment. In any case – you only pay if we have solved the problem.
